Maintenance


Yes. We have a highly skilled maintenance staff. We offer 24/7 maintenance emergency service.

We encourage our residents to place a work order through the online resident portal on our property website. You can also stop by the leasing office during business hours to place your work order.

All work orders are responded to within 24 hours, depending on the nature of the work order, we try to have all completed within 24 hours but some can take up to 72 hours to resolve.

No, you can provide us with permission to enter which will allow maintenance to complete your work order without you being present.

If you are locked out, you will need to contact a locksmith for assistance after hours. If it happens during office hours, contact the office for assistance.

You are allowed to decorate your new home. We do not allow walls and ceilings to be painted; they must stay the existing color. All modifications, i.e., nail holes, to the apartment will be charged at the time of move-out if it is not restored to its original condition.

EMERGENCIES: No electricity throughout the apartment; No water throughout the apartment; No heating or air conditioning in severe weather conditions (Heat when temperature is below 45 degrees F. or less outside and an interior unit temperature of 65 degrees F. or below) (Air Conditioning when Exterior temp is over 85 degrees and unit interior will not cool below 80 degrees.); Refrigerator not cooling; Water coming into an apartment; The possibility of fire from electrical sparks; Toilet is not working in an apartment with only one bathroom; Situations where the resident’s safety is jeopardized (e.g., the apartment has been broken into and the looks or windows are damaged or there is standing ice in parking area, sidewalks, breezeways, or stairs.); Access gate not operating correctly.

605 Place has a 24/7 Fitness Center, Game Room, Pool, Hot Tub, Controlled Access, Rooftop Lounge, Elevators, Fire Pit, 24/7 Package Lockers, and more. Check out our amenity page! www.605place.com/amenities.

The pool is open year round. The pool closes at 10pm during the weekday and at midnight during the weekends.

Open parking is offered between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, free of charge. After 10:00 PM permits are required. Permits are issued by annual sign ups for an additional monthly charge.

Each home has a washer/dryer.

No, this is not a pet friendly community.

Our stainless appliances set include dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Dumpsters are located in the parking lot.

Moving boxes need to be broken down and can be disposed of in the dumpster areas.

Pest control can be scheduled by entering a work order.

The onsite staff will not accept packages on behalf of residents. There is a package locker outside of the leasing office where all packages will be dropped.

Our fitness center is open 24/7 with controlled access.

Our fitness center has everything you need to stay in shape! We have free weights, treadmills, and an elliptical.

We do not allow private events in our public spaces.

No, there is no cost to take a tour. You will need to visit the property during business hours or you can call or email the leasing center to set up an appointment that works best for you.

We accept walk ins, but we prioritize prospects who book an appointment.

Our office is open 6 days a week and we have an open door policy. You can come meet our team at any time.

You can reserve your new home with a few easy steps. Visit our website> check out the "floorplans" tab> select your floorplan> select your unit #> and apply!

Application process can vary, but usually takes from 1-3 business days.

Fees and specials may vary daily. The security deposit is determined based on your background check. Contact the office for our daily price quote to learn more.

Yes, we require Renter's insurance with personal liability for $100,000 for the term of the lease.

Our apartments are furnished, each room is provided a twin bed, mattress, desk, desk chair and 2 drawer dresser. Common areas are furnished with a couch, chair, coffee table, tv stand, tv, dining table with 4 chairs.

We offer 12 month leases only.


Utilities


No, utilities are not included in your rent amount.

The property uses a 3rd party utility company who will charge you for water, sewer, and trash based on an allocation forumla.

The property has been wired for high speed internet. Fees for internet are billed seperately and due with your monthly rent each month.

A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.
