Yes. We have a highly skilled maintenance staff. We offer 24/7 maintenance emergency service.

We encourage our residents to place a work order through the online resident portal on our property website. You can also stop by the leasing office during business hours to place your work order.

All work orders are responded to within 24 hours, depending on the nature of the work order, we try to have all completed within 24 hours but some can take up to 72 hours to resolve.

No, you can provide us with permission to enter which will allow maintenance to complete your work order without you being present.

If you are locked out, you will need to contact a locksmith for assistance after hours. If it happens during office hours, contact the office for assistance.

You are allowed to decorate your new home. We do not allow walls and ceilings to be painted; they must stay the existing color. All modifications, i.e., nail holes, to the apartment will be charged at the time of move-out if it is not restored to its original condition.

At 605 Place Student Housing & Co-Living in St. George, UT, after-hours maintenance emergencies are urgent issues that may affect resident safety, essential services, or cause damage to the apartment community. Examples may include:

  • No electricity throughout the apartment
  • No water throughout the apartment
  • No heat during severe cold weather, generally when the outside temperature is below 45°F and the interior apartment temperature is 65°F or below
  • No air conditioning during extreme heat, where applicable, generally when the exterior temperature is above 85°F and the apartment will not cool below 80°F
  • Refrigerator not cooling
  • Water entering the apartment or active flooding
  • Electrical sparks or a potential fire hazard
  • A non-working toilet in an apartment with only one bathroom
  • Situations where resident safety is at risk, such as a break-in with damaged locks or windows
  • Standing ice in parking areas, sidewalks, breezeways, or stairs

For non-urgent maintenance requests, residents should submit a work order through the online resident portal or contact the leasing office during regular business hours.

The pool is open year round. The pool opens at 7 AM and closes at 10 PM each day.

Open parking is offered between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, free of charge. After 10:00 PM permits are required. Permits are issued by annual sign ups for an additional monthly charge.

Pet Policy

 We love pets and welcome all cats and most dog breeds. All PEG Property Group communities abide by Breed Restrictions; The owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Akita, Argentinian Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix and Rottweiler. Others may be added. The owner may also restrict size and weight.

We utilize a pet screening company. There is a $25 fee to run the pet screening that will be paid to the pet screening company during your application process.

Moving boxes at 605 Place Student Housing & Co-Living in St. George, UT need to be broken down and can be disposed of in the dumpster areas.

Pest control can be scheduled by entering a work order.

The onsite staff will not accept packages on behalf of residents. There is a package locker outside of the leasing office where all packages will be dropped.

Our fitness center is open 24/7 with controlled access.

Our fitness center has everything you need to stay in shape! We have free weights, treadmills, and an elliptical.

We do not allow private events in our public spaces.

No, there is no cost to take a tour. You will need to visit the property during business hours or you can call or email the leasing center to set up an appointment that works best for you.

No. Subleasing your apartment is not allowed. However, you are allowed to add a roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.

Yes, residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000 in liability coverage. Otherwise, residents will be automatically enrolled in our Resident Indemnity Program, which provides building coverage for $15 per month. Program unless you provide proof of your own coverage at: https://ppg.confirminsurance.com/

Our apartments are furnished, each room is provided a twin bed matress (for private rooms--full sized for studios), desk, desk chair and 2 drawer dresser. Common areas are furnished with a couch, chair, coffee table, tv stand, tv, dining table with 4 chairs.

We offer three options:
1. Summer (3 installments)
2. 9 Installment (Fall/Winter)
3. 12 Installment (Fall/Winter/Summer) 

Unit selection is not guaranteed, but is determined based on the floor plan preferences indicated in your application and roommate survey. Final unit assignments will be released prior to move in by management. 

All private rooms come furnished with a twin bed set and mattress. Studios are furnished with a full sized bed set and mattress.
 

A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.

The property uses a 3rd party utility company who will charge you for water, sewer, and trash based on an allocation forumla.

The property has been wired for high speed internet. Fees for internet are billed seperately and due with your monthly rent each month.
